SHIPPING & RETURNS
Currently, we send products for delivery twice a week, Mondays and Fridays. We use Canpar and Canada Post, for those in remote areas. Please keep this in mind when placing orders.
Deliveries typically taking 3-7 business days to arrive. The time it takes is dependent on your location, the weather, seasonal holidays, and world events (ie. Covid-19).
Please note that due to the ongoing pandemic, some deliveries are experiencing major delays. While many deliveries have still arrived within their expected time frame, we have had deliveries take up to 3 weeks to arrive. If you believe that you are experiencing an unnecessarily long delay, please contact us with your tracking details. While unfortunately, our hands are a bit tied once packages leave our facility, we will do our best to help you out and get an answer on when your order will be arriving.
For the courier we offer 2 ways to ship, ground or Select (expedited service). We offer free shipping on orders over $75, before tax.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns on open/used products. If you are in a position where you feel the need to return a product, please contact us directly so together, we can reach a resolution.
